Q. How can I apply for a privilege card?
A. It’s simple. You can order the card on our shop here and it will be sent to you within three working days or you can make an appointment to pick one up from our offices.
Q. Will my guests receive the same discount?
A. Yes. If you have booked the table then all your guests will qualify for the same offer to a maximum of 6 people.
Q. What will you do with my information?
A. We will never pass your information on to any third party. We may use your information to inform you of the latest offers and privileges available to you as a privilege card holder.
Q. When will I get my card?
A. The card will be posted to you within three working days.
Q. I would like to use a service for today but I don’t have my card yet, will I still get a discount?
A. Hopefully you should receive your card quickly. If you cant wait for your card to arrive, email email@example.com or call our office in Italy and we will ensure you can still get your offer whist you are waiting for your card to arrive.

These offers may change at any time without notice. Any changes to the offers available will always be listed here on our website. This card has no cash value. This card is non refundable. Cards are strictly non transferable. We may ask for ID. Each card is uniquely numbered and can only be used by the card holder. The card holder must be present to claim an offer. Italy Insight has the right to change the offers without notice. The offers may change due to seasonality. Cards are valid for 12 months from date of order.
